Job summary

RoShay Services is seeking a Manager to lead implementations of SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) and Saviynt Identity Governance in Los Angeles. You will design solutions, configure systems, test deployments, and optimize performance while guiding a delivery team and coordinating with stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has hands-on IAM leadership experience, strong governance know-how, and the ability to mentor colleagues.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of hands-on Identity Governance and Administration experience.
• At least two years on SailPoint ISC or Saviynt platforms.
• Experience implementing enterprise IGA solutions (onboarding, lifecycle, access certifications).
• Strong understanding of identity governance, access controls, compliance, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills to lead technical discussions and deliver client solutions.
• Familiarity with AI analytics, workflow automation, and emerging security technologies.
• Ability to work collaboratively, mentor teams, and support transformation initiatives.
