Job summary

RoShay Services is seeking a Senior Associate to support and configure Saviynt Identity Cloud solutions, enhancing identity governance and security. You will manage onboarding, lifecycle processes, and troubleshoot issues while collaborating with stakeholders on project delivery.

The role emphasizes developing technical documentation and adhering to best practices to ensure efficient identity management across environments.

Qualifications

• Three years of hands-on experience in Identity Governance and Administration, including one year with Saviynt Identity Cloud.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with Saviynt onboarding, access management, certifications, roles, workflows, and IAM migrations.
• Understanding of identity governance, access controls, compliance, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support Saviynt implementations including onboarding, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Maintain solutions related to identity lifecycle, access requests, certifications, roles, workflows, and policies.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve onboarding challenges.
• Collaborate with application owners, security teams, and business stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Develop technical documentation, operational procedures, and best practices.
• Uphold professionalism and integrity in all activities.
