Job description

The role involves leading the implementation and management of SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) and Saviynt Identity Governance solutions, including design, configuration, testing, deployment, and optimization.

Responsibilities include designing identity governance frameworks - covering identity lifecycle, access requests, certifications, roles, workflows, and policies - and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful technical delivery.

Key duties involve troubleshooting complex issues, developing technical documentation, supporting AI-enabled identity capabilities, and guiding onboarding activities.

Qualifications require at least five years of hands-on experience in Identity Governance and Administration, with a minimum of two years specializing in SailPoint ISC, Saviynt, or similar platforms.

Applicants should possess a strong understanding of identity governance, access controls, compliance, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP), along with excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ideal candidates have experience leading technical workstreams, mentoring teams, and supporting identity security transformations.

Additional requirements include familiarity with AI analytics, workflow automation, and emerging security technologies, as well as the ability to work independently and travel as needed.
