Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year of customer service or administrative experience.
• Experience using computerized information systems for data entry and record maintenance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to complete background screening and maintain eligibility for access to secure systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, professional, and timely customer service for identity credentialing and related services.
• Verify customer identity and eligibility using credentialing systems.
• Process new credential requests, renewals, updates, and related transactions.
• Review applications and documentation for completeness and compliance.
• Enter, update, and maintain electronic records accurately.
• Assist customers with requirements, documentation, and eligibility questions.
• Process credential maintenance transactions, including password resets and updates.
• Operate credential production equipment and related office technology.
• Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting of office equipment.
• Protect confidential information in line with privacy and security requirements.
• Maintain accountability of materials, supplies, and equipment.
• Handle customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person professionally.
