Responsibilities

• Process requests to modify and remove access to applications and resources using group memberships.
• Process requests to create, modify and delete e-mail accounts, resources, contacts and distribution groups via Exchange.
• Create and maintain documentation for assigned areas.
• Assist other teams with troubleshooting user issues.
• Train and mentor team members.
