Job summary

Bay Area Hospital is seeking an Access Management Specialist to join our Computer Operations team. This full-time position focuses on controlling access to resources, data, systems, and applications, ensuring only authorized users have access.

You will manage user accounts, run access reviews, and support internal and remote external users, with a day shift and 80 hours per pay period. The ideal candidate has experience with Active Directory, Epic access coordination, and strong problem-solving

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of one year in an Operator II position or similar role.
• Experience with managing user accounts and access in enterprise systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage user accounts and access for employees, contingent workers, and external users.
• Perform access reviews and ensure proper approvals for requests.
• Utilize Active Directory for access control and group memberships.
• Collaborate with HR, Epic Training, and Networking to fulfill access requirements.
• Provide first-line support for IS issues and password resets.
• Document access procedures and contribute to knowledge base.
