Bay Area Hospital is seeking an Access Management Specialist to manage user access to resources, data, systems, and applications. This role requires processing forms for remote external users and coordinating with HR, Epic, and IT colleagues to ensure proper access controls.

You will troubleshoot, document procedures, and train others to maintain secure, efficient operations. The position is full-time, on-site, in a fast-paced IT environment where accuracy and strong communication are essential

Competenze

• Associates Degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience with hospital IS systems and access management.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Epic access processes.

Mansioni

• Create and modify user accounts and access for staff and external users.
• Coordinate approvals for access requests before processing.
• Perform access reviews and audits as directed.
• Provide first-line support and troubleshooting for IS issues.
• Document access requirements and train others on procedures.
• Maintain system knowledge and assist with password resets as needed.
• Collaborate with HR, Networking, and Epic teams on access changes.
