Sharp HealthCare in San Diego, California seeks an IAM Security specialist to lead identity and access management aligned with Epic Security. You will maintain access controls, respond to incidents, and support audits while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role requires 3+ years in healthcare IAM and Epic support, a Bachelor’s degree, and on-call with weekend coverage as needed. On-site work is expected with standard healthcare hours.

Formación

• 3 years experience in application access control in a multi-entity health care system.
• 3 years experience with IT Epic support.

Responsabilidades

• Provide guidance and support to IAM Security team and business partners on IAM and Epic Security strategy.
• Maintain IAM and Epic Security systems and ensure appropriate access and audit readiness.
• Coordinate activities with multiple IT teams and Sharp departments to develop and maintain Epic access and security.
