Qualifications

  • Overview of Epic Cadence and Prelude scheduling in ambulatory clinics.
  • Experience with MyChart patient engagement workflows.
  • Proficiency in Office Suite and scheduling tools.
  • CPR certification maintained; EPIC certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Create and update clinic/provider templates in Epic Template Edit Module.
  • Process changes for vacations, master changes, and multi-month assignments.
  • Collaborate with Scheduling Operations Analysts and leaders to support access.
  • Audit templates for data integrity and compliance.
  • Develop documentation and policies for templates and workflows.
  • Serve as content expert for template builds in project meetings.
  • Communicate reschedules and ensure proper patient movement.
  • Analyze new workflows when tech is implemented and advise improvements.
  • Log provider schedule requests and maintain audit-ready records.
  • Provide support across Epic, Solution Reach, and web scheduling platforms.
