Job summary

Family Health Center is seeking a Clinical Solutions Specialist to bridge clinical teams and technology vendors, ensuring compliant, secure, and well-integrated clinical applications. This remote-friendly role serves as Enterprise Service Administrator for Epic and other clinical tools, driving governance, access control, and project leadership across initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Information Technology, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field required.
Current clinical licensure as an RN or LPN required, with a minimum of two years of clinical nursing practice.

Responsibilities

Acts as primary liaison between clinical departments and software vendors to ensure reliable, secure clinical systems.
Leads vendor-related activities, including contracts, updates, issue escalation, and enhancement requests.
Coordinates the Solutions Council charter, RACI, and support structure for assigned applications.
Provides technical and clinical compliance expertise to governance decisions and access management.
Offers advanced support for assigned clinical applications and collaborates with RN Clinical Trainer and leadership.
Maintains RBAC/IAM, user provisioning, and security governance for applications.
Leads planning, testing, and implementation of changes, upgrades, and integrations.
Reviews vendor performance and opportunities to improve reliability and usability.
