Graitec Group seeks a Technical Solution Specialist to act as an Ideate Evangelist, advocating for Ideate Software and guiding customers through Revit and BIM challenges. You will develop high-quality technical content, deliver demonstrations, and support pre-sales and post-sales conversations.

You will onboard and train enterprise customers, engage with strategic accounts, and represent Ideate at industry events, roadshows, and conferences.

Qualifications

• Experience communicating value of technical products to technical and business audiences.
• Strong ability to translate complex capabilities into practical workflows and use cases.
• Customer-facing experience through software demonstrations, training, or workshops.
• Ability to collaborate with Product, R&D, Sales, Marketing, Support and other teams.

Responsabilités

• Develop and deliver high-quality technical content: product/value presentations, demos, webinars, blogs, training materials.
• Onboard and train new and enterprise customers, provide ongoing technical support.
• Represent Ideate at events: roadshows, conferences and community initiatives.
• Capture recurring customer challenges and feedback for product improvements.
• Translate customer needs into clear requirements for product development.
