Job summary

OneWell Health Care in Langhorne, PA seeks an IDD Supported Employment Specialist to deliver person-centered employment services and help participants obtain, maintain, and advance in competitive integrated employment.

You will conduct vocational assessments, develop employment plans, provide job development and coaching, and collaborate with participants, families, employers, and community partners to promote successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• 1 year of experience in supported employment or IDD services preferred.
• Experience with ODP, OVR, Medicaid Waiver programs preferred.
• Ability to develop employment strategies and coordinate community resources.

Responsibilities

• Conduct vocational assessments and develop individualized employment plans.
• Provide job development, coaching, and career exploration support.
• Collaborate with participants, families, employers, and community partners.
• Monitor progress and ensure documentation and billing compliance.
• Participate in staff training and quality improvement initiatives.
