Sevita is seeking a Program Director for IDD Services to lead day-to-day operations of Sponsor Residential locations, ensure quality, compliance, and person-centered planning for individuals served.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 2–3 years of related Human Services experience, plus valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Multiple schedules offered with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field preferred.
2–3 years of related experience in Human Services.
State requirements or regulations may apply.
Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations of Sponsor Residential locations, including direct supports, planning, health care, advocacy, regulatory compliance and financial management.
Manage Sponsored Residential providers, including evaluations, scheduling and orientation.
Ensure services are delivery of person-centered planning and engagement for individuals served.
Be on-call to support Sponsor Residential providers.
