Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2–3 years of related Human Services experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of 1–4 programs, including direct supports, planning, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage program staff, including performance evaluations, scheduling, and orientation.
• Make recommendations on hires, transfers, promotions, salary changes, and terminations.
• Oversee program planning, monitor service delivery for engagement and relevance.
• Be on-call to support staff and cover shifts as needed.
