Job summary

Sevita is seeking a Program Director for IDD Services to lead multiple community programs and ensure high‑quality supports. You will oversee planning, staffing, and regulatory compliance, while directing health care services and advocacy efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education/experience.
• 2–3 years of related experience in the Human Services industry preferred.
• Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of one to four programs, including direct supports, planning, health care, advocacy, regulatory compliance, staffing, safety, and facility upkeep.
• Supervise program staff, including performance evaluations, scheduling, and orientation.
• Make recommendations on hires, transfers, promotions, salary changes, and terminations.
• Oversee program planning, monitor service delivery to ensure engaging, relevant supports.
• Availability for on-call coverage and shift coverage as needed.
