Job summary

Universal Mental Health Services, Inc. is seeking a Qualified Professional to coordinate person-centered services for children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). You will work with individuals, families, providers, and the team to ensure quality services, accurate documentation, and regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate across stakeholders to promote independence and well-being, while maintaining timely records and ensuring services meet each person’s goals.

Qualifications

• Related human services degree plus two years of IDD experience, or
• Degree in another field plus four years of IDD experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor IDD services.
• Collaborate with individuals, families, providers, and team members.
• Ensure services support each individual's needs and goals.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation.
• Promote independence, inclusion, and well-being.
