Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC is seeking an IDD Residential Team Leader in North Carolina to supervise Direct Support Professionals and manage facility operations and budgets. Responsibilities include hiring, scheduling, staff coaching, training compliance, and providing after-hours support.

Qualifications

• Must have CPR, first aid, NCI and/or MedTech certification where applicable.
• Must be qualified as a Habilitation Technician II (med certified) or eligible at the first available training.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant certification helpful.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates activities of Direct Support employees.
• Manages operations, staffing and budget of assigned facilities.
• Interviews and hires Direct Support Professionals; creates staff schedules.
• Provides direct care tasks such as personal hygiene and meal preparation as needed.
• Monitors staff performance and provides feedback across shifts.
• Ensures a clean, maintained home and yard for people supported.
• Provides after-hours and on-call coverage as part of rotation.
