RHA Health Services, LLC is seeking an IDD Direct Support Supervisor in Statesville/Hollingswood, NC. The role involves supervising direct care staff, coordinating residential activities, and ensuring high quality supports for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED (associate degree preferred) and the ability to obtain certifications.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Associate degree in a health-related area preferred.
• One year experience with individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities preferred.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Supervises two or more Direct Support Employees.
• Interviewing and hiring recommendations; training employees.
• Plan, assign and direct work; monitor performance and provide feedback.
• Provide after-hours and on-call coverage as part of rotation.
• Ensure people supported have a clean and maintained home and yard.
