Job summary

Penn-Mar Human Services is seeking a Residential Supervisor to oversee Direct Support Professionals across multiple settings in Parkton, Maryland. You will supervise DSPs, manage scheduling, and ensure accurate documentation, health and safety, and person-centered supports.

The role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a commitment to helping individuals with IDD achieve personal goals in community and home environments. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in direct support/IDD population.
• Minimum 2 years of supervising a team of more than 2 people.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Valid Driver's License with at least 2 years driving experience and clean record.

Responsibilities

• Supervise DSPs across all shifts and locations.
• Schedule team members and ensure documentation is completed accurately and on time.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.
• Engage people in meaningful activities aligned with personal goals.
• Maintain health and safety standards and provide person-centered supports.
