Job summary

Richcroft, Inc. in Maryland is seeking a Full-Time Residential Supervisor to provide front line supervision at a home and deliver hands-on care to individuals with developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include personal hygiene assistance, activities, community participation, shopping, cooking and cleaning.

The position runs Monday through Friday from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM. A high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license with <3 points are required, along with the ability to transport clients and assist with lifting as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with fewer than 3 points on record.
• Must be able to transport people supported.
• Some lifting and transferring may be required.

Responsibilities

• Attend all meetings and trainings as required.
• Implement the individual’s Person-Centered Plan and maintain data to measure goals.
• Maintain records including schedules, notes, charts, time sheets, and logs.
• Assist with participation and exploration of the community.
• Cultivate and expand independent living skills.
• Assist with development of meaningful personal relationships.
• Implement strategies to achieve individuals’ personal goals.
• Other duties as assigned.
