Job summary

Penn-Mar is seeking a Residential Supervisor to oversee DSPs across Parkton, Manchester, and Westminster locations. You will supervise staff, ensure certifications, manage documentation, and provide person-centered supports in homes and community settings.

The role emphasizes team leadership, program budgeting, and compliance with state requirements, with a starting hourly rate band and opportunities for growth within Penn-Mar’s leadership philosophy.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in direct support with IDD.
• Minimum two years supervising a team of more than two people.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license with two years driving experience and a clean record.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, onboard and oversee DSPs.
• Conduct 90-day and annual performance reviews.
• Ensure certifications and trainings are kept up to date.
• Follow incident reporting requirements with detailed documentation.
• Lead weekly 1:1 meetings with direct reports.
• Schedule and lead department team meetings and licensing reviews.
