Job summary

View Point Health seeks a Residential Site Supervisor to manage operations and supervise direct care staff at an IDD home in a community setting. The role focuses on ensuring quality resident care, safety, and compliance with regulatory standards.

The position requires a High School diploma or GED and at least three years in social or direct care services, including lead or supervisory experience. Travel may be required; a valid driver’s license is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED required with relevant experience in social or direct care services.
• Experience in lead worker or supervisory roles preferred.
• Must pass background checks and drug screens as per policy.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train staff to ensure quality residential services.
• Schedule staff to provide 24-hour coverage and minimize overtime.
• Maintain accurate time records and ensure compliance with policies.
• Participate in recruitment, orientation, and staff evaluations.
• Maintain records and communication with treatment teams and regulators.
