Job summary

Dungarvin seeks an experienced Director of IDD Residential Services (Area Director) to oversee a regional portfolio of residential services in Lafayette/Kokomo, IN. You will shape program strategy, strengthen teams, and drive growth with a people-centered approach.

You will work closely with Area Managers and state leadership to implement processes, ensure quality, and maintain regulatory compliance while guiding the organization through a period of expansion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field.
• 5+ years supporting individuals with IDD, including oversight of residential services.
• 2+ years leadership experience developing staff, driving accountability, and meeting goals.
• Knowledge of Indiana FSSA/BDDS requirements, HCBS, Medicaid Waiver, CMS standards, and CARF standards.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and data analytics; ability to use Power BI dashboards to monitor trends.

Responsibilities

• Lead Through Change: guide teams during transitions and support new processes.
• Drive Performance: monitor budgets, staffing, expenses and KPIs for program stability.
