Job summary

D&S Community Services, a part of the Sevita family, seeks a Program Director to oversee 1–4 IDD programs in Paris, TX. You will organize direct supports, person-centered planning, health care, advocacy, regulatory compliance, recruiting, and budget oversight.

This leadership role requires a Bachelor's degree and 2–3 years in human services, strong communication, detail orientation, and the ability to multi-task. On-call support is expected to ensure continuous service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2–3 years of related experience in the Human Services Industry preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills to manage relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of 1–4 programs in a community.
• Oversee organization and implementation of direct supports, planning, health care, advocacy, regulatory compliance, staffing, and budget oversight.
• Manage program staff, including evaluations, scheduling, and orientation.
