Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least one year of experience with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Current driver's license, vehicle registration, and auto insurance.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Reliable, compassionate team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of 1–4 community-based programs.
• Manage direct supports, planning, care coordination, advocacy, compliance.
• Supervise and support program staff, including scheduling and evaluations.
• Make decisions on hiring, transfers, promotions, and terminations.
• Monitor service delivery to ensure engaging, person-centered supports.
• Build relationships with individuals served, families, staff, contractors, and partners.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation.
• Travel locally to visit and support individuals; mileage reimbursed.
• Provide on-call availability for assigned caseload.
