Job summary

Sevita seeks a Program Director for IDD Services in Denton, TX. The role oversees 1–4 programs, manages day-to-day operations, and ensures high-quality, person-centered supports in community settings.

Responsibilities include planning, health care, regulatory compliance, staffing, training, and on-call coverage. A Bachelor’s degree plus 2–3 years in Human Services is preferred, with strong organizational and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2–3 years in Human Services preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
• Current driver's license and vehicle insurance may be required.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of 1–4 programs including direct supports and planning.
• Oversee health care, advocacy, regulatory compliance, staffing and budgeting.
• Recruit, retain, supervise staff and provide performance evaluations.
• Ensure services are engaging, relevant, and well-coordinated.
• Be on-call to support staff and cover shifts as needed.
