Job summary

OneWell Health Care is seeking an IDD Program Supervisor in Santa Ana, CA to oversee daily service delivery and staff support across IDD programs. The role ensures safe, compliant, and person-centered services in line with DDS and Regional Center requirements.

The supervisor coordinates documentation, staff coaching, and incident follow-up, while acting as a liaison with families, Regional Centers, and leadership. Office-based, full-time position with on-site work.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in IDD services or direct support roles.
• CPR and First Aid certification required (or ability to obtain upon hire).
• Preferred: CPI, Pro-ACT, or equivalent behavioral intervention training.
• English proficiency required; bilingual skills are a plus.
• Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Experience working with Regional Centers and Title 17 programs is preferred.
• Ability to document EVV, service notes, and ISP/IPP compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily service delivery and staff support for IDD programs.
• Ensure services are safe, compliant, and person-centered per DDS Title 17 and Regional Center requirements.
• Serve as liaison between individuals served, families, Regional Centers, and leadership.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to staff; no hiring/disciplinary authority.
