Job summary

BestCare Treatment Services, Inc. in Crook County, Oregon, seeks an Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities Supervisor to manage the IDD team and ensure access to services for eligible individuals.

Under Program Manager supervision, you will oversee staff and ensure compliance with ODDS standards and Oregon Administrative Rules. You will coordinate with Services Coordinators, providers, families, and partner agencies, handle documentation, and support program operations while promoting privacy

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent coursework in management or public administration, related to DD services may substitute for up to three years of experience.
• Knowledge of Oregon Administrative Rules governing DD services and ODDS standards.
• Experience supervising staff and coordinating with providers, families and advocates.
• Excellent writing and computer skills; ability to travel weekly as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support the Program Manager in daily supervision and oversight of the Crook County CDDP.
• Provide oversight, training, and guidance to Services Coordinators and coordinate with partner agencies.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation and compliance with ODDS and OARs.
• Handle referrals, intakes, determinations, and entries into I/DD services; ensure ODDS mandated training.
• Communicate policies, stay updated on ODDS information, and maintain confidentiality.
