The Program Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily service delivery and staff support within OneWell of California LLC’s Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) programs. This role ensures that services are delivered in a safe, compliant, and person-centered manner in accordance with California Department of Developmental Services (DDS), Title 17 regulations, Regional Center requirements, and OneWell Health Care policies. The Program Supervisor serves as a key operational and compliance support to field staff while acting as a liaison between individuals served, families, Regional Centers, and internal leadership.
The Program Supervisor provides operational oversight of assigned programs, individuals served, and direct support staff. The role includes staff coordination, documentation review, service monitoring, and incident follow-up. While the Program Supervisor provides guidance, coaching, and performance feedback, this position does not have independent authority to hire, terminate, or issue final disciplinary actions.
The Program Supervisor is responsible for ensuring high-quality, person-centered service delivery; maintaining staff compliance with care plans and regulatory requirements; ensuring accurate and timely documentation; and maintaining ongoing communication with internal and external stakeholders, while responding promptly to service, safety, or compliance concerns. This role may also support onboarding and shadowing of new staff, assist with training initiatives and refreshers, participate in care team meetings and Regional Center reviews, help management with operational reporting, and provide after-hours or on-call support as assigned.
