Job summary

BestCare Treatment Services, Inc. seeks an Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities Supervisor to oversee the IDD team and daily operations under the Program Manager.

The role emphasizes compliance with Oregon Administrative Rules and ODDS standards, ensuring timely service access for eligible individuals in Jefferson County. The candidate will guide Services Coordinators, ensure proper documentation, and maintain training records while collaborating with providers, families, and agencies.

Qualifications

• Must meet OAR requirements for a CDDP supervisor and knowledge of Oregon's public service system.
• Familiar with Oregon Administrative Rules governing IDD services.
• Experience with developmentally disabled individuals and cultural awareness.
• Strong cooperative and collaborative skills with providers, families, advocates, and participants.
• Valid driver’s license required; some weekly travel.
• Excellent writing and computer skills.
• Satisfactory criminal history check through the Oregon Department of Human Services.

Responsibilities

• Support the Program Manager in daily supervision and oversight of the Jefferson County CDDP.
• Provide oversight, training, and guidance to Services Coordinators and coordinate with partner agencies.
• Complete timely clinical documentation and reports addressing needs of ODDS and related agencies.
• Ensure staff is educated on ODDS policy changes.
• Understand eXPRS payment system to troubleshoot provider enrollment and billing issues.
• Ensure staff attends required ODDS training and maintain documentation.
• Update policies and procedures per ODDS guidance.
• Respond to referrals and complete intakes and determinations for I/DD services.
• Complete Oregon Needs Assessments (ONA).
• Coordinate residential placement via the Designated Referral Coordinator system.
• Complete mandatory abuse reporting and adhere to professional ethics.
• Promote confidentiality and professional image; maintain attendance.
