Job summary

OneWell Health Care in Pomona, CA is seeking a dedicated IDD Program Supervisor to oversee daily service delivery and staff support within its IDD programs, ensuring safety, compliance, and person-centered care. The role requires coordination with Regional Centers, families, and leadership to maintain high standards.

The position emphasizes regulatory adherence (DDS, Title 17, HIPAA) and strong documentation practices, with opportunities to support onboarding, training, and after-hours coverage

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in IDD services or direct support.
• Supervisory or lead experience in community-based services preferred.
• Experience working with Regional Centers and Title 17 programs preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily service delivery and staff support across IDD programs.
• Ensure services are delivered safely, compliantly, and person-centered.
• Maintain documentation accuracy and timely updates; respond to concerns.
• Coordinate onboarding and shadowing of new staff; participate in care team meetings.
