Job summary

OneWell Health Care is seeking an IDD Program Supervisor in San Diego, CA to oversee daily service delivery, support staff, and ensure compliant, person-centered care across IDD programs. The role interfaces with Regional Centers, families, and leadership, focusing on safety and regulatory alignment.

The role emphasizes documentation accuracy, staff coaching, and incident follow-up within a non-exempt, full-time office-based setting. CPR/First Aid and CA driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in IDD services or direct support roles.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)
• Experience working with Regional Centers and Title 17 programs
• Valid California driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily service delivery and staff support within IDD programs.
• Ensure services are delivered safely, compliantly, and person-centered.
• Coordinate staff, documentation review, service monitoring, and incident follow-up.
• Provide onboarding, training, and shadowing for new staff; participate in care team meetings and Regional Center reviews.
• Offer after-hours or on-call support as assigned
