Job summary

CSG is seeking a Program Supervisor for Adult ASD services. The role oversees direct support staff, coordinates schedules and activities, and ensures the health, safety, and welfare of individuals in community homes.

The position requires a HS diploma, 1 year in IDD/ASD or related programs, a valid driver’s license, and flexibility for evenings/weekends. The role is full-time (40 hours) with paid orientation and opportunities for professional growth within the IDD/ASD services.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• 1 year of experience in programs for IDD/ASD or related settings.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervisor of direct support staff; assist in interviewing and training.
• Participate in the on-call system and coordinate schedules.
• Ensure health, safety and welfare of individuals in the program.
• Coordinate transportation for meetings and community activities.
• Maintain records for inventory and funds; manage petty cash.
• Adhere to program budget for food and supplies.
• Ensure ethics and professional standards are followed.
