Job summary

Community Services Group in Jersey Shore, PA seeks a Program Supervisor to oversee daily operations of a community home and related services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role includes supervising direct support staff, coordinating schedules, training, and ensuring safety and person-centered care.

You will participate in on-call rotations, support self-determination, manage inventories and petty cash, and transport individuals as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of experience in programs for individuals with IDD preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervisor of direct support staff, including interviewing, hiring, orienting and training.
• Coordinate schedules, activities, and routines; promote community participation.
• Participate in on-call system and ensure safety and welfare of individuals.
• Oversee inventories and petty cash; manage funds and supplies within budget.
• Coordinate transportation for meetings, appointments, and activities as needed.
• Maintain records and communicate with families and professionals.
