Job summary

OneWell Health Care in California is seeking an IDD Program Supervisor to oversee daily service delivery and staff support within our IDD programs. The role ensures services are compliant, person-centered, and aligned with DDS Title 17 regulations and Regional Center requirements.

Responsibilities include staff coordination, documentation review, service monitoring, incident follow-up, and liaising with individuals, families, and leadership.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in IDD services or direct support.
• Supervisory or lead experience in community-based services preferred.
• Experience with Regional Centers and Title 17 programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high-quality, person-centered service delivery.
• Maintain staff compliance with care plans and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation and reporting.
