Job summary

BestCare Treatment Services, Inc. is seeking an Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities Supervisor to oversee the Jefferson County CDDP under the Program Manager.

The role focuses on ensuring access to services, adherence to ODDS standards, and effective coordination with partner agencies. The candidate must have knowledge of Oregon’s public service system for IDD, strong writing and computer skills, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Must meet Oregon requirements for a CDDP supervisor.
• Must be familiar with Oregon Administrative Rules.
• Experience with developmental disabilities services preferred.
• Excellent writing and computer skills required.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee the Jefferson County CDDP daily operations.
• Provide oversight, training, and guidance to Services Coordinators.
• Complete timely clinical documentation and ensure ODDS/ODDS QA compliance.
• Ensure staff are updated on policy and ODDS training requirements.
• Troubleshoot eXPRS enrollment, eligibility, and provider billing issues.
• Respond to referrals and manage intakes, determinations, and entry into I/DD services.
• Complete Oregon Needs Assessments (ONA) and coordinate residential placements when needed.
