Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, coordinates, and supervises the daily operations of Individual Program Coordination and Health Records programs.
• Provides first-line supervision to an Office Technician, Program Compliance Analysts, and Health Records Analysts.
• Oversees documentation quality, health records integrity, survey readiness, corrective action implementation and continuous quality improvement.
