Job summary

BestCare Treatment Services Inc is seeking an Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities Supervisor to lead the IDD team in Jefferson County, Oregon. You will ensure access to services, supervise coordinators, and maintain compliance with ODDS and OARs while coordinating with partner agencies.

The role requires knowledge of Oregon’s public service system for IDD, strong writing and computer skills, and a willingness to travel weekly.

Qualifications

• Must meet OAR requirements for a CDDP supervisor.
• Knowledge of Oregon public service system for developmental disabilities services.
• Experience supervising staff and working with providers, families, and advocates.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operation of the IDD team under Program Manager.
• Oversee services coordination for I/DD participants and families.
• Ensure documentation compliance with ODDS standards and OARs.
• Provide training and guidance to Services Coordinators.
• Ensure staff attend ODDS-mandated training and maintain certifications.
• Promote confidentiality and ethical practices in all activities.
• Liaise with community, county personnel, and partner agencies.
• Respond to referrals and manage intakes and eligibility determinations.
• Complete required Oregon Needs Assessments (ONA).
• Assist with residential placement through referral systems.
• Maintain professional conduct and advocacy for participants.
