Job summary

OneWell Health Care is seeking an IDD Program Supervisor in San Diego to oversee daily service delivery and staff support within IDD programs, ensuring safety, compliance, and person-centered care in line with DDS Title 17 and Regional Center requirements. Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years in IDD services or direct support roles.
• Supervisory or lead experience in community-based services preferred.
• Experience with Regional Centers and Title 17 programs is a plus.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or ability to obtain on hire) required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily service delivery and staff support for IDD programs.
• Ensure compliance with DDS Title 17 and Regional Center requirements.
• Maintain documentation review, incident follow-up, and service monitoring.
• Coordinate onboarding, training, and after-hours support as needed.
• Communicate with individuals served, families, and leadership.
