Job summary

Community Services Group (CSG) seeks a full-time Program Manager to lead and oversee IDD Community Homes. You will supervise program Supervisors, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and coordinate with families and providers to support residents’ goals.

You’ll support teams through training, incident management, and active involvement in on-call duties, while promoting inclusion and quality of life for residents.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited college or university required, plus 1 year supervisory experience.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with 2 years of IDD/mental illness experience and 1 year supervisory experience.
• Associate’s degree or 60 credit hours with 4 years of IDD/mental illness experience and 1 year supervisory experience (except in ICF/MR).
• High school diploma or equivalency with 6 years of IDD/mental illness experience and 1 year supervisory experience (except in ICF/MR).

Responsibilities

• Supervises Program Supervisors and evaluates staff performance.
• Collaborates with hiring specialists in interviewing, orientation and training of staff.
• Directs and ensures daily program operations and safety of individuals.
• Oversees documentation and regulatory compliance for the program.
• Plans budgets, petty cash and financial transactions related to the individuals.
