Job summary

OneWell Health Care seeks a compassionate Personal Attendant to provide direct care in home- and community-based settings for individuals with IDD and Autism in Poway, CA. You will assist with daily living activities, mobility, and medication support while promoting independence and dignity.

The role requires lifting and transferring participants, flexible shifts, and strict confidentiality. CPR/First Aid and driving are often required; field-based work with travel between homes and community

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience working with individuals with IDD and Autism is a plus.
• CPR and First Aid certification required or obtained within designated timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Support mobility, transfers, and safe lifting per care plans.
• Provide medication support as authorized and observe health changes.
• Maintain documentation and participate in required training.
