Community Services Group seeks a Full-Time Program Manager to provide leadership and oversight for IDD Community Homes. You will supervise staff, coordinate training, and ensure high-quality services for residents with complex medical needs.

The role emphasizes collaboration with families, providers, and the service team to meet individualized goals. Base rate begins at $23.67/hr with potential increases based on IDD experience; travel and on-call responsibilities may be required as part of the

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher with supervisory experience in IDD/mental health settings.
• Bachelor’s degree required with relevant supervisory experience.
• Associate degree with 4+ years of frontline experience in IDD/mental health and supervisory role.
• High school diploma with 6+ years in IDD/mental health and supervisory capacity.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Program Supervisors and evaluates staff performance.
• Collaborates with hiring and training staff for supervisors and direct support staff.
• Directs daily program operations and safety of individuals.
• Provides training on incident management and medication administration.
• Supports housing teams and participates in on-call systems.
• Promotes inclusion and community integration for individuals served.
• Maintains program documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Oversees budgets, petty cash, and financial transactions for individuals.
