Job summary

Community Services Group (CSG) is seeking a Full-Time Program Manager to provide leadership and oversight of IDD Community Homes. You will supervise program staff and ensure compassionate, compliant service delivery while aligning with CSG values.

You will foster open communication, set clear expectations, and provide necessary resources, training, and feedback. The role includes an orientation pathway in Mountville with mileage reimbursement and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher with supervisory experience in human services.
• Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience in IDD/mental health.
• Associate’s degree with 4 years of IDD-related supervisory experience (except ICF/MR).
• High school diploma with 6 years of IDD-related supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Program Supervisors and evaluates staff performance.
• Interviews and orients new supervisors and direct support staff.
• Directs daily operations and ensures health, safety, and welfare of individuals.
• Provides training on incident management and medication administration as required.
• Supports supervisors in managing home coverage and participates in on-call system.
• Promotes inclusion and community integration for program participants.
• Coordinates services with families and other providers, and maintains program documentation.
• Manages program budgets and inventory records.
