Verland, located in Sewickley, PA, is seeking a House Manager to oversee direct care staff and ensure exceptional care for individuals who call Verland home.

Under the supervision of the Assistant Director of Residential Services, the House Manager will supervise care delivery, ensure IPP implementation, and manage day-to-day operations within the homes, while adhering to ICF regulations and union contracts.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in Direct Care and in the ID/D field; supervisory experience preferred.
• Must have all required clearances and a valid Driver’s License.

Aufgaben

• Supervise and train direct care staff on IPPs, risk factors, mealtime, bathing and activities.
• Provide orientation for new staff and participate in training/evaluation.
• Manage day-to-day operation of homes and ensure daily programs run smoothly.
• Coordinate community outings with other teams to integrate individuals into the community.
• Maintain health, safety, and emotional welfare; participate in CI investigations when needed.
