Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services, health administration, social work, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum five (5) years of leadership experience in IDD services or related settings.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and quality frameworks (e.g., HCBS, CMS, CARF).
• Proven ability to lead interdisciplinary teams and drive service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Leads overall management of the business unit, ensuring person-centered service delivery and program integrity.
• Oversees clinical, administrative, and operational departments, ensuring regulatory compliance and budget adherence.
• Provides fiscal oversight and ensures efficient resource allocation and achievement of financial targets.
• Drives quality improvement initiatives and oversees audits, incidents, and risk mitigation.
• Leads workforce development initiatives and fosters a culture of high performance and accountability.
• Collaborates with external agencies, families, and community partners to strengthen services.
