The role leads a multidisciplinary team, ensures adherence to HCBS/CMS standards, and drives continuous improvement while managing budgets and workforce performance in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services, Health Administration, Social Work, or related field.
• Proven leadership experience in IDD services or related healthcare settings.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and quality frameworks.
