Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC is seeking an IDD Executive Director for the Gastonia Admin Unit. The role leads and directs administrative, clinical, financial, and employee relations to sustain high-quality care for individuals with disabilities and those facing mental health and substance use challenges.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a human services field, healthcare management, or public administration, plus five to seven years of management experience; graduate degrees are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a human services field, healthcare management or general business/public administration.
• Five to seven years of prior management experience with comparable responsibilities.
• Graduate degrees in related areas preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervises staff including Home Managers, QMRPs, QDDPs, Program Managers, Training Coordinators, Vocational Coordinators, Business Managers, Nurses, Psychologist/Behavior Analyst, Dietitian, etc.
• Coordinates and directs the activities of the Quality Management Team to ensure high-quality supports and outcomes.
• Enforces Personal Outcome Measures to maximize growth and benefit from program design.
• Provides clinical supervision/oversight by the clinical team.
• Implements the Unit Quality Improvement Plan and Staff Training Policies.
