Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC is seeking an on-site IDD Executive Director in Albemarle, NC. The role leads administrative, clinical, financial, and employee relations to ensure high-quality care for individuals with IDD, mental health, and substance use challenges.

You will drive compliance, staff development, and program quality at the facility level. The Executive Director oversees clinical supervision, QA activities, training policies, and corrective actions, while engaging with regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a human services field; graduate degrees preferred.
• Strong leadership and strategic planning experience.
• Excellent knowledge of regulatory standards and quality assurance processes.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise site operations and staff (home managers, program managers, nurses, etc.).
• Oversee quality management and ensure outcomes for persons served meet standards.
• Ensure compliance with state/federal policy and corrective action plans.
