Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC is seeking an Executive Director to lead the IDD program in North Carolina. The role directs operations across the location, ensuring high-quality care and services for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and co-occurring mental health or substance use challenges.

You will oversee administrative, clinical, financial, and staff relations functions, implement policies, and ensure readiness for regulatory surveys and licensing processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a human services field, healthcare management or public administration.
• Graduate degrees in related areas preferred.
• Five to seven years of prior management experience with comparable responsibilities.
• Pre-employment screening including background check, OIG, Child Abuse Registry and other credential verification.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise staff including Home Managers and clinical leaders.
• Coordinate Quality Management Team activities to ensure high-quality supports.
• Ensure compliance with Personal Outcome Measures and program design.
• Lead the Unit Quality Improvement Plan and staff Training policies.
• Maintain readiness for regulatory surveys and plan of corrections.
