Job summary

RHA Health Services in Statesville, NC is hiring an IDD Direct Support Supervisor for full-time, Monday–Friday. You will supervise two or more direct care staff in residential settings, ensure compliance with policies and training, and support individuals to achieve personal goals through an Individual Support Plan.

Responsibilities include scheduling, interviewing, performance reviews, on-call coverage, and maintaining a safe, clean home environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate Degree in health-related area preferred.
• One year of experience with individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities.
• Flexible schedule and on-call availability as needed.
• CPR after certification; ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Valid driver's license and training certifications (CPR/First Aid) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manages residential homes/facilities as assigned.
• Supervises and coordinates activities of Direct Support Employees.
• Provide after-hours and on-call coverage as part of the direct care rotation.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.
• Ensure training requirements are met and required events attended.
• Maintain clean and safe homes and yards for the people we support.
• Assist in implementing services to achieve personal goals per Individual Support Plan.
